The official release date Lana Del Rey’s third studio album is still unknown. The singer confirmed it will be sometime in May.

Singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey will be releasing Ultraviolence in May. This is the third studio album after Lana Del Rey and Born to Die. Her three other albums, Young Like Me, Sirens, and From the End are still unreleased. Ultraviolence was first officially announced after the premier of “Tropico,” the singer’s short film. The album’s first single, “West Coast” was dropped on April 9. Ultraviolence is being produced by Dan Auerbach in Nashville, Tennessee.

Del Rey’s first live performance from this album will be at Coachella. After, she is beginning her tour in Las Vegas and will be playing throughout North America. She is in town on April 15 at the Comerica Theatre.

Album promotion began in Brooklyn, New York. Chuck Grant, her sister and photographer shot the cover picture for the album. The sisters have been posting snippets and pictures from prior recordings and shoots. No other information about the album has been confirmed.
