Family-Friendly Meatloaf

Meatloaf is a marvelous meal for dinner. It’s cheap, easy to make, and delicious. Almost everyone has their own recipe for meatloaf, with every variation tasting different. Despite the defensiveness around family meatloaf recipes, mine, frankly, is the best.

Meatloaf is a staple of the dinner table. Many Americans enjoy meatloaf for many reasons. For one, it’s very cheap to make meatloaf, since all of the ingredients are common and can be found at a reasonable price. Another reason people enjoy meatloaf is because how easy it is to make; all that is needed to do is to put ingredients into a bowl, mix them up, then bake them in a pan. Anyone can do it. And, meatloaf is just delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of hamburger
  • One large onion diced up
  • Two crushed up sleeves of saltine crackers
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Four eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until evenly mixed. Once all of the ingredients are ready, put them into a loaf pan. A loaf pan is a pan that is shaped like a loaf of bread. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake for a minimum of one hour. From then on, check the loaf every 10 minutes until the middle is cooked through all the way. Then serve, and enjoy!
