1 cup flour
2 cups milk
½ teaspoon salt
4 tbsp of butter
½ cup chocolate
¼ cup blueberry jam
¾ cup applesauce
Whisk together the flour and eggs until smooth.
Slowly pour in the milk.
Pour in about ¼ cups of dough and spread around a round pan until the dough is fully covering the pan with a thin layer.
Add butter or oil to the hot pan. Add more for every three pancakes. If the dough is too thick, add more milk.
Cook on each side for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until sides are brown and crispy.
Quickly transfer to a plate and add any filling, such as jam.
