¼ cup butter, softened
1 ¼ cups peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
1 ½ cups Rice Krispies
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Combine the butter and peanut butter into a large mixing bowl until smooth.
Add the vanilla and powdered sugar until combined.
Add the Rice Krispies, and set the mixer to low until incorporated.
Form the dough into small balls and then place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate them.
Place the chocolate into a bowl and microwave for 30 second intervals, mixing them in between.
Dip the bullseyes into the chocolate and place in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
