Victory for the Pink-Out

On Thursday,Oct. 29, at 4 p.m., Horizon Honors’ Eagles brought Valley Christian to defeat.

On Thursday, Oct. 29, at 4 p.m., Horizon Honors’ JV girls’ volleyball team played against their rival Valley Christian. The Eagles had an excellent outcome, winning two sets each, with a score of 25.

In the first set, both Horizon Honors and Valley Christian played a strong game. The score was fairy close, but it kept going back and forth until the last few minutes when the Eagles had their eyes on the game. The outcome of the first set was 25-20.

In the beginning of the second set, Valley Christian countered the Eagles as they scored multiple points, but it didn’t last long since the Eagles caught up very quickly. The crowd was cheering for their respective team, but Horizon Honors ended up winning with an outstanding score of 25-14 and the satisfaction of their fans. The crowd went wild as the Eagles scored the final point for the second and final set.

The Horizon Honors’ Eagles won the match with two close set scores. Valley Christian fought a hard game but did not fight hard enough to beat the Eagles.
