On Jan. 22, 2016, Horizon Honors High School had their 2015-2016 homecoming pep rally in the gym. It was full of entertainment with several student-teacher lip-sync battles, which ended with Senior Jackson VanDerPol as the victor. It was also quite informative as it featured a short presentation on Relay for Life, an event aimed at raising money for cancer research, and an introduction of all of Horizon’s athletic teams.
