Winner Winner Six-Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

This is an easy dish to make for the family over the holidays, and you can make within 10 minutes and six cans to combine it in a crockpot where it will simmer while you sleep. Besides the ingredients listed here, you can add anything else to your liking, which adds to its versatility.  


  • 1 can (15 oz) of black beans
  • 1 can (5 oz) of corn
  • 1 can (10 oz) of tomatoes
  • 1 can (10 oz) of peppers
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) of chicken broth
  • 1 can (10 oz) of chicken
  • Cilantro (optional)
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Tortilla chips (optional)


  1. Open the cans of corn, chicken broth, chunks of chicken, black beans, and diced tomatoes with diced chiles. Pour everything into a crock-pot for up to 10 hours on a warm setting.
  2. Once warmed to your liking, serve and enjoy!

This recipe is incredibly delicious and requires almost no effort.
