Ingredients:
1 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding (made according to package)
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
15 oz. pumpkin purée (NOT pumpkin pie purée)
8 oz. CoolWhip™
Instructions:
Empty instant vanilla pudding into a mixing bowl, pour in milk, and mix thoroughly using an egg beater.
Add pumpkin pie spice and purée and mix.
Add in the CoolWhip™ and mix using a rubber spatula. Using the egg beater may cause the pudding to be runny.
Let the pudding chill in the fridge for a few hours before enjoying.
