Avii Moisseyeva is a columnist for The Horizon Sun. She is in seventh grade and in her first year of Journalism. She has attended Horizon Honors for three years. Moisseyeva plans to become a marine biologist as soon as possible, so she is currently enrolled in marine biology courses outside of regular school. She likes to write about things that have to do with the ocean. Outside of school, Avii likes playing Roblox and practicing sewing on her sewing machine. Two unique things about Moisseyeva is that she knows everything about any common house pet and she can name sharks alphabetically. She enjoys a nice rainy winter day with some Starbucks, while watching her favorite show, "Young Sheldon”. Avii’s favorite subject in school is Journalism because she finds it a calm and peaceful space to do work that the class assigns. She also likes art because she gets to express her creativity and do fun projects with her friends. Her favorite type of music is K-pop, and currently her favorite groups are Straykids and Enhypen. Avii's dream is to live anywhere safe that is near the ocean and go there everyday with her friends or by herself.
