Bennett Lyons is a 12-year-old who is currently in Seventh grade. This is Lyons’ First year of journalism as a columnist for The Horizon Sun. He has been at Horizon Honors since kindergarten. Some of his hobbies include drawing, gaming, sleeping, and watching TV. Lyons has a sister named Brittain. He and his sister love playing Roblox together, and he enjoys playing Fortnite. When he grows up, Lyons wants to be part of a news organization like Today,12 News, or others. Lyons plans to upload multiple articles by the end of his first year of journalism and hopes to write more next year. Lyons is excited for the joy and experiences he will gain in journalism this year.
