Prerna Singla is a junior in her second year of journalism, and her first year as an editor for The Horizon Sun. Outside of school, she enjoys crafting, with her favorite crafts being sewing and painting. Singla also likes to spend time with her family. She is involved with many extracurriculars, including Student Council Executive Board, Key Club, and National Honors Society. She also manages the High School Girl’s Volleyball team. She serves as the Student Body Secretary for Student Council, and she is excited to help plan Homecoming this year. Singla’s favorite aspect about joining these various clubs is making new friends across all grades. Singla has no pets, but she loves animals and hopes to grow up and have a variety of them. She loves to rewatch movies and shows; some of her favorites are “The Umbrella Academy,” and “Stardust.” When Singla graduates, her plan is to study political science, then get a graduate’s degree in law.
