Adam Khogyani, Columnist
Adam Khogyani is an eighth grader at Horizon Honors, and this is his first year in journalism. He has been at Horizon Honors for the past nine years, and likes to spend his free time playing on his drums and clarinet. Khogyani also enjoys reading, writing, gaming, and even learning how to code. He is also in computer science because of his passion for technology, and thinks it would be cool to create fun games and even websites in the future. Khogyani has three pets, two cats and a dog. His dog’s name is Coconut, and his two cats are named Sophie and Licorice. Out of school, he takes drum lessons, swimming lessons, and golf lessons for fun. He likes to bike, and will go mountain biking with his family on the weekends, and sometimes on weekdays when the weather is nice. He has tried several sports, such as Taekwondo, ice hockey, swimming, lacrosse, soccer, and most recently, golf. He is excited for his first year in journalism, and can’t wait to have a good time, hoping to learn something new and to improve his writing skills for school and for fun. He hopes his publications catch the eyes of others, and entertain and inform his peers.
