Ashley Turowski is a freshman at Horizon Honors and takes two rigorous Honors classes. She has a dream to attend Stanford or Princeton University. Ashley has never been a social butterfly like most of her peers, so she has always had difficulty making friends at school. However, she is both friendly and kind once you get to know her. She has made it her goal to go through school one week at a time, and if she can get through that, then she can get through a school year. Ashley has never been supremely interested in sports, but she still enjoys and feels strongly for the interests she does have, even if most people don’t think her interests are enjoyable. Something she has a passion for is animals. She enjoys both spending time with and caring for animals, and will continue to do so for the rest of her life.
