Leo Yee, Columnist

Leo Yee is a sophomore at Horizon Honors,  joining The Horizon Sun for their first time as a columnist. Outside of school, Yee enjoys community service and activism. They take an interest in writing, especially surrounding social justice and philosophical ideas. Yee greatly enjoys listening to and dissecting music, as well as attending concerts and shows of local artists. They are an active member of the youth organization onenten’s youth advisory council, helping develop and participate in events for LGBTQ+ youth across Arizona. They also love to read books of all genres, with a current interest in classical literature. After graduating, Yee plans on double majoring in classics and English with hopes to become a novel editor, publisher, or archivist.
