Suhani Singla, Columnist
Suhani Singla is a first-year student in seventh grade at Horizon Honors Secondary School. Singla chose Journalism as her elective because she has an interest in reporting information, writing articles for The Horizon Sun, and being involved with the school. She also plays volleyball on the Middle School Girls Volleyball Team. She has high hopes for the rest of this school year and has already made a decent amount of friends in her grade and others. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, being on her phone, playing volleyball, eating, and listening to music. Singla has a very eclectic music taste. Her favorite subject in school is Digital Art. She enjoys digital art because she believes that she is not the greatest at drawing on physical paper. For her, digital is easier than physical because she can reverse her mistakes, and all of it is symmetrical and straight. Singla has good grades and is looking forward to her future. She is young right now, but she is still aiming to go to an Ivy League school and become an architect or an engineer when she gets older. She is all in all a fun student who loves making friends, has a bubbly personality, and is comforting to be around.
