Personal fitness is physical education class for sophomores through seniors, taught by Pat Andrews. It is designed for each student to reach their personal best level of fitness. Andrews said that students don’t have to be athletic in order to take personal fitness because it focuses on individual talent. Junior Talon Mills said that he appreciates “the sense of community and working on a common goal.” Mills hopes to build his overall personal physique through participation in the class. This week, the class is building strength and endurance by working on an obstacle course.
