With a menu that bursts with flavor, the Perfect Pear is a great new restaurant in the Ahwatukee Foothills area. It has a friendly and inviting atmosphere with friendly, attentive staff. Music plays while you eat and you can enjoy comfortable indoor seating, or a beautiful day outside, which makes it a great lunch-time destination.

When you walk into the restaurant you are immediately seated. The waitresses are very sweet and patient with your order. They can recommend or give reviews on different dishes from the menu. It may depend on what you order, but the food doesn’t take too long to get to your table. For my meal, I waited at the most 20 minutes.

The lemonade is served with pulp, making it a sour yet refreshing drink, and for the main course I had my all-time favorite meal, pasta alfredo. On the menu it is called Roasted Garlic Alfredo, and comes as linguini noodles tossed with spinach and tomato and topped with fresh basil. I also added chicken, just the way I like it. Other menu options include a variety of pastas, a field of greens, sandwiches, bruschettas, and much more. There is also a kids menu with one of the menu options being “Choose the Perfect Pear,” giving kids the option of ½ pasta of choice and ½ salad or soup.

This perfect lunch date spot is conveniently located in the Foothills on Chandler Boulevard. I’m no critic but I would say the Perfect Pear Bistro deserves 4 out of 5 stars for its excellent service and fine crafted food.
