Double Chocolate Brownies
Chocolate brownies are a dessert that everyone enjoys. They are great for parties and work events, and are quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:
- Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie mix
- ¼ cup water
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place water, oil and egg and stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix and stir until well blended. Spread in prepared pan.
- Put brownies in oven (depending on what size pan you use for you brownies, 8 inch x 8 inch metal pan bake time is 39-43 minutes but if you are using 8inch x 8inch glass pan bake time is 43-48 minutes. If you are using a 9 inch x 9 inch metal pan bake time is 39-43 minutes.) Try not to overbake the brownies. They might looked underbaked, but test with a toothpick for doneness.
- Make sure the brownies are cooled completely before cutting.
For thicker brownies, make batter with (bake the same way as directed):
- 2 tablespoons water
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
