Banana Nut Muffins
These banana nut muffins are an easy breakfast to make and enjoy before a stressful school day.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¾ cup mashed banana
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a 12-cup muffin pan to ensure round muffin tops.
- Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl, and make a well in the center.
- Mix milk, egg, oil, banana and walnuts in a small bowl.
- Pour mixture into well. Mix batter just until moistened; do not overmix. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
- Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, which takes about 15 minutes.
