Hash It Out Over Casserole
So creamy, so delicious! This casserole can make an easy Sunday brunch or Wednesday night dinner; with this versatile dish, anything goes.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns, thawed
- ½ cup butter
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream and chicken soup
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 11×14 inch casserole or baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, Combine all ingredients and stir together. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
- Let cool and serve accordingly. Enjoy!
