A Stuffing for the Season

A Thanksgiving tradition, this meat stuffing recipe is simple and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion
- Milk (as needed)
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Chop the onion and saute until soft and translucent.
- Remove onion from pan.
- Cook the ground beef, seasoned to taste with salt and pepper, in a pan. Drain the grease.
- Mix the onion and meat in the pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, meat, and onion.
- Add milk slowly. Then, use your hands to mix until the mixture is moist and holds together well when you make a ball out of it. You don’t want it too wet, so add milk until it’s the consistency you’d like.
- And that’s it! Now you have your meat stuffing.
