A Stuffing for the Season

We all like a delicious stuffing, and this recipe is sure to please.

A Thanksgiving tradition, this meat stuffing recipe is simple and delicious.


  • 1 bag of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion 
  • Milk (as needed)
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Chop the onion and saute until soft and translucent. 
  2. Remove onion from pan. 
  3. Cook the ground beef, seasoned to taste with salt and pepper, in a pan. Drain the grease.
  4. Mix the onion and meat in the pan.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, meat, and onion. 
  6. Add milk slowly. Then, use your hands to mix until the mixture is moist and holds together well when you make a ball out of it. You don’t want it too wet, so add milk until it’s the consistency you’d like.
  7. And that’s it! Now you have your meat stuffing.
