The Green Bean Casserole Dream

With Thanksgiving coming soon, here is a recipe that will have you on a casse-roll in the kitchen!



Never doubt the quality of a great green bean casserole at your Thanksgiving dinner.

Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 12


  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp of soy sauce (optional)
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 cans of green beans, drained
  • 2⅔ cups crispy fried onions 


  1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
  2. Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, beans and 1⅓ of the onions in a 3-qt. baking dish.
  3. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until bean mixture is hot and bubbling.
  4. Stir the hot mixture, then sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake for five minutes, or until onions are golden brown.
