Protein balls are a simple snack which provide an abundance of energy. This recipe includes healthy ingredients like flaxseed, honey, and old-fashioned oats. Below are the steps and ingredients to help you perfect this recipe.

Ingredients (serves 20-25 protein balls):

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
