Eli Geist

Eli Geist, Editor of Campus Life

Eli Geist is a 14-year-old freshman at Horizon Honors, entering his third year in journalism and second year as an editor for The Horizon Sun. In his free time, Geist likes to draw and play the piano, as well as talk with his friends. Aside from school, Geist has always taken interest in art-related topics and has been drawing his whole life. His passion for music has led him to volunteer at his local music studio, where he helps teach others at camps. He’s done lots of community service, but Feed My Starving Children has been his favorite so far. Most of the time, you’ll find Geist writing about science-related topics since he’s very interested in space and new discoveries within the field. He’s excited for another year of journalism and is looking forward to getting his peers published.
