Oatmeal Craisin Cookies with White Chocolate Chips
This unique twist on the traditional oatmeal raisin cookies is the perfect treat to make over spring break.

These cookies are surprisingly easy to make, considering how amazing they turn out. When you are hanging out with friends and family over spring break, or even just by yourself, they will be a quick and delicious treat to share with the people you love.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup craisins
- White chocolate chips as desired (approximately ½ cup was used)
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer.
- Once that is all mixed, add in the eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the oats, craisins, and white chocolate chips. Mix all the ingredients together well.
- Form the cookie dough into round balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.
- When the cookies are done baking, take them out of the oven and let them cool for one minute before attempting to take them off of the cookie sheet.
- Enjoy!
These cookies are incredible, and around three dozen can be made in less than an hour. They are perfect for any occasion and taste wonderful.
