Farm Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 pound canned pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 3 ½ cup of self-rising flour
- 1 tsp each of salt, ginger, and nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 2 tsp baking soda
Steps:
- Gather ingredients and materials.
- Mix first four ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Sift the rest of the ingredients into another bowl.
- Pour sifted ingredients into pumpkin mix and stir thoroughly.
- Pour mix into two bread pans.
- Heat oven to 325 degrees and bake for 1 ½ hours.
