Ingredients:

  • 1 box of strawberry cake mix
  • 1 16 oz container of cream cheese frosting (or any frosting preferred)
  • 1 11 oz bag of white chocolate chips
  • Red and pink sprinkles

Steps:

  1. Make the strawberry cake mix by following the directions on the back of the box. Let it cool by leaving it out overnight or in the freezer for 45 minutes.
  2. Take your cake and crumble it up in a bowl using your hands.
  3. Take your container of frosting and add it into the crumbled cake, about ½ cup at a time. Mix until it comes together, and roll it into a ball shape.
  4. Take the cake balls and put them on a baking pan. Put them in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until they set.
  5. Melt your white chocolate and take a cake pop stick and stick it into the bottom of the cake ball. Dip the cake ball into the the white chocolate and twirl the stick around to make the chocolate smooth and even as you can.
  6. Put your white chocolate-covered cake balls back onto the pan and add on your sprinkles before they set (optional). Then, put them into the fridge again to cool until hardened.

Now you can create a delicious treat for your loved ones. They are small and easy desserts to make that are sure to make you say, “Yum!”
