Pan Perfection
These pancakes are a Danish specialty that are perfect for any day.

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 tbsp of butter
Toppings:
- ½ cup chocolate
- ¼ cup blueberry jam
- ¾ cup applesauce
Instructions:
- Whisk together the flour and eggs until smooth.
- Slowly pour in the milk.
- Pour in about ¼ cups of dough and spread around a round pan until the dough is fully covering the pan with a thin layer.
- Add butter or oil to the hot pan. Add more for every three pancakes. If the dough is too thick, add more milk.
- Cook on each side for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until sides are brown and crispy.
- Quickly transfer to a plate and add any filling, such as jam.
