Barbecue Sliders
Barbecue sliders are the perfect snack to eat. They are quick to make and easy to enjoy!

Ingredients (makes 6):
- 6 dinner rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- Pepper jack cheese
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 tbsp. butter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice the rolls in half lengthwise.
- Place the bottom half in a 8” x 8” baking dish.
- Spread the chicken evenly over the bottoms of the rolls, followed by barbecue sauce, red onion, pepper jack cheese, and parsley. Top with the top halves of the rolls.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
