Barbecue Sliders

Barbecue sliders are the perfect snack to eat. They are quick to make and easy to enjoy!

Ingredients (makes 6):

  • 6 dinner rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • Pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise.
  3. Place the bottom half in a 8” x 8” baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken evenly over the bottoms of the rolls, followed by barbecue sauce, red onion, pepper jack cheese, and parsley. Top with the top halves of the rolls.
  5. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
