S’more Bars

These s’more bars are great for any special occasion or just hanging out with friends, and even better for a late night snack out glamping by the oven!

  • 30 graham crackers (2 packs, crushed to crumbs)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 16 oz mini marshmallows (6 cups)
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix ¾ of graham cracker crumbs, butter and salt.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9×13 pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Top with 4 cups mini marshmallows and bake for 10 more minutes.
  5. Let them cool for 5 minutes to let the marshmallows deflate.
  6. Add the whole bag milk chocolate chips in an even layer on the crushed graham crackers.
  7. Top the s’mores with the remaining marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs, bake for 10 more minutes.
  8. Let cool completely before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

S’mores bars are a fun activity for any age! It’s less messy and a lot more tasty than ordinary campfire s’mores.
