Mayo Chicken Dinner

This mayonnaise chicken recipe will keep everyone happily filled throughout the long summer months.

This simple, wholesome mayonnaise chicken recipe is delicious and packed with protein, making it great for recovering from strenuous summer activities. Best of all, it takes less than 45 minutes to complete, start to finish.

You will need:

  • 9 in. x 13 in. pan
  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter


  1. Melt unsalted butter in the pan in the oven while it preheats.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Take pan out of oven and spread butter evenly throughout the pan.
  4. Coat chicken with mayo and cheese mixture, making sure to cover every piece thoroughly.
  5. Set coated chicken in buttered pan.
  6. Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken generously.
  7. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until chicken is fully cooked.
  8. Serve with your choice of corn or rice.
