New Year, New Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is delicious and also provides a healthy breakfast or snack for those looking to uphold their New Year’s resolution.


You can add any additional ingredients you want.

This smoothie is perfect for the new year. It can be made in less than 10 minutes, is healthy, and tastes amazing.


  • 1 cup of apple juice
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 bananas


  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender.
  2. Liquefy until the ingredients are completely blended.
  3. Pour into cups and enjoy.
