Perfect Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding (made according to package)
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 15 oz. pumpkin purée (NOT pumpkin pie purée)
- 8 oz. CoolWhip™
Instructions:
- Empty instant vanilla pudding into a mixing bowl, pour in milk, and mix thoroughly using an egg beater.
- Add pumpkin pie spice and purée and mix.
- Add in the CoolWhip™ and mix using a rubber spatula. Using the egg beater may cause the pudding to be runny.
- Let the pudding chill in the fridge for a few hours before enjoying.
