Perfect Pumpkin Pudding

  • 1 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding (made according to package)
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 15 oz. pumpkin purée (NOT pumpkin pie purée)
  • 8 oz. CoolWhip™


  1. Empty instant vanilla pudding into a mixing bowl, pour in milk, and mix thoroughly using an egg beater.
  2. Add pumpkin pie spice and purée and mix.
  3. Add in the CoolWhip™ and mix using a rubber spatula. Using the egg beater may cause the pudding to be runny.
  4. Let the pudding chill in the fridge for a few hours before enjoying.
