Scrapbook Paper DIY

It is often much easier than you think to bring a little summer flair to your life. These pinwheels are a great way to use up old scrapbook paper, in addition to bringing a bright feel to your room or lawn. Decoupaging notebooks is the perfect way to refresh them and bring color to your backpack or bookshelf. Grab some scissors and your paper stash, and get started.
Pinwheels-
Needed: -Scissors -Ruler -Scrapbook Paper -Brads
1) Cut the paper into an 8x8 square. Mark the center of the square with a dot. Seperate the paper into four squares diagonally by marking it with a pencil.
Decoupage Notebook-
Needed: -Multiple Scraps of Paper or Magazine Pictures -Scissors -Old Paintbrush -Mod Podge
1) Begin by picking out papers and arranging them on your notebook. I picked out an old, empty planner from 2011-2012 to decorate.
