Rainbow Jell-O Bundt Cake

Ingredients:
- Raspberry Instant Jell-O
- Orange Instant Jell-O
- Lemon Instant Jell-O
- Green-apple Instant Jell-O
- Bundt cake mold (12 cups)
- Cooking spray, olive oil, vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Cover inside of bundt cake mold with oil/spray.
- Directions for each box of instant Jell-O: Boil 2 cups water; add to gelatin mix. Stir until completely dissolved. Pour in 2 cups cold water. Stir completely.
- Pour mixture in bundt cake pan and place in fridge for 4 hours or until firm.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each flavor until pan is full.
- When completely chilled, place large platter over cake pan and quickly turn over.
- Store in the fridge with plastic wrap on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
