Rainbow Jell-O Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  • Raspberry Instant Jell-O
  • Orange Instant Jell-O
  • Lemon Instant Jell-O
  • Green-apple Instant Jell-O
  • Bundt cake mold (12 cups)
  • Cooking spray, olive oil, vegetable oil

Cover inside of bundt cake mold with oil/spray.

  1. Directions for each box of instant Jell-O:  Boil 2 cups water; add to gelatin mix.  Stir until completely dissolved.  Pour in 2 cups cold water.  Stir completely.  
  2. Pour mixture in bundt cake pan and place in fridge for 4 hours or until firm. 
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each flavor until pan is full. 
  4. When completely chilled, place large platter over cake pan and quickly turn over.
  5. Store in the fridge with plastic wrap on top.
