Non-Toxic and Edible Cookie Dough

Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
- Pour flour into a microwave-safe bowl and “heat treat” it by microwaving for about 50-60 seconds. The flour should reach an internal temperature of 166°F.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, salt, butter, vanilla, and sugar until crumbly.
- Add milk and chocolate chips; mix until a soft dough forms.
- Chill for an hour.
