Beloved Bullseye Cookies
These peanut butter & chocolate balls are easy to make and will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 1 ¼ cups peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups Rice Krispies
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Combine the butter and peanut butter into a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the vanilla and powdered sugar until combined.
- Add the Rice Krispies, and set the mixer to low until incorporated.
- Form the dough into small balls and then place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate them.
- Place the chocolate into a bowl and microwave for 30 second intervals, mixing them in between.
- Dip the bullseyes into the chocolate and place in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
