Beloved Bullseye Cookies

These peanut butter & chocolate balls are easy to make and will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1 ¼ cups peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Combine the butter and peanut butter into a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add the vanilla and powdered sugar until combined.
  • Add the Rice Krispies, and set the mixer to low until incorporated.
  • Form the dough into small balls and then place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate them.
  • Place the chocolate into a bowl and microwave for 30 second intervals, mixing them in between. 
  • Dip the bullseyes into the chocolate and place in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
