On April 22, 2026, a trailer for a new Warner Brothers movie has just come out and features the return of a classic cartoon character, Wile E. Coyote.
Wile E. Coyote is known for his hilarious failed attempts to capture and eat Road Runner, as well as his famous line “Meep Meep”. Wile is also known for his contraptions, including a catapult, a giant robot coyote, a racecar, and many more from the old show.
In this trailer, we finally get to see the organization. A massive company called ACME (A Company that Makes Everything) was the main reason why Coyote had always failed to capture the roadrunner. In the movie, Coyote finally has enough of all these failed devices and hires an unlucky human attorney named Kevin Avery, played by Will Forte, to sue ACME. But Kevin discovers that his old boss, Buddy Cane, played by John Cena, is the new CEO for ACME, so he decides to team up with Coyote to take the company down.
In the trailer, we see a few scenes of the courtroom and how Buddy Cane convinces the judge that it was Coyote’s fault for all the failed contraptions and also noting that “he is reckless”.
A few clips within the trailer shows some classic Looney Tunes characters that are seen. These characters being: Foghorn Leghorn, Tweety Bird, Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, and the famous Bugs Bunny, voiced by Jeff Bergman according to IMDB.
We also see human characters like Bill, who is played by P.J. Berne, and a news reporter within the movie, played by Hayes Hargrove. Lana Condor also makes an appearance in the movie as her character, Paige Avery. Paige plays a major role as she helps her uncle, Kevin Avery, in the case against ACME.
The main cast might discover some major secrets that ACME might be trying to hide, meanwhile, ACME will do whatever it takes to keep their secrets hidden. This movie is directed by Dave Green, and is written by Samy Burch, James Gunn and Jeremy Slater. The movie also has a tagline saying “The Movie ACME Didn’t Want You To See,” according to IMDB. The release date for this movie will be August 28, 2026 in theaters.
