Cameron Foley, Features & Extras Editor
Cameron Foley is the Editor overseeing the Features and Extras publications for The Horizon Sun. He is a 15-year-old Sophomore at Horizon Honors Secondary school; this is Foley’s second year of Journalism, and his first year as an editor. He began Journalism in Freshman year of highschool, and immediately loved it. He always enjoyed writing, so taking a dive into a new, more informational format was right up his alley. He always enjoyed being more creative with his writing, using figurative language often, and covering less serious, yet still newsworthy, topics. When not writing articles, songs, or poetry, he enjoys playing guitar, spending time with his competitive Team Fortress 2 team, and baking with his boyfriend. Foley presents himself like a designer from the 1920’s, commonly sporting a button-up long sleeve shirt and a patterned tie, and yes, he does wear this everywhere. If he isn’t in a tie, he’s probably in a flannel, pretending he was around during the emo music of the early 2000’s, and the subsequent post-hardcore music of the late 2000’s and early 2010’s. This year, Foley intends to improve his writing, and provide an informative, helpful environment for all the columnists.
