Luna Ruiz is currently an eighth grade student that has been going to Horizon Honors for the past seven years. This is her first year as a columnist for The Horizon Sun, and she is passionate about writing. She is excited to report on the different things happening around school. Ruiz also enjoys art and playing the guitar. Ruiz’s life revolves around anime, video games, and spending time with close friends. Her favorite foods are sushi and ramen. She is more of the introverted type and struggles with making new friends, allowing her to cherish the ones she has made already. Ruiz has been involved with the school in service clubs and Girl Scouts in previous years. Ruiz has grown to love her school and almost everything in it.
