Roya Ghahreman is sixteen years old and has attended Horizon Honors for two years. She enjoys staying up way too late while writing and reading every genre possible, from horror to pretentious poetry. Ghahreman is also an avid movie watcher and her favorite films include “Everything Everywhere All At Once,” Dead Poets Society” and “Ladybird.” She also plays the flute and loves music. Roya’s favorite genres of music are indie or contemporary, and alternative as well as alternate pop. Her dream is to be a novelist, but she would be satisfied with any job that allows her a position in the literary field. She has been abroad twice and her dream travel destinations are the Sea of Stars and the Louvre. On a good day you can find her getting boba with friends or lurking in the corner of a Barnes and Noble.
