Simply Sorbets

It’s easier than you think to make a sorbet at home.

Sorbets are quick and easy to make and a delicious treat to eat. There are countless types you can make with different combinations of fruit. The steps to creating one at home are incredibly simple.

Lemon Sorbet

The lemon sorbet is less like actual ice cream and more like a slushy, but it’s still delicious nonetheless.


  • 2 large lemons
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 3-6 tbsp of agave sweetener or 6-8 tbsp of sugar (you can add more or less to taste)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Serve in a dish and enjoy.

Cucumber Mint:


  • ½ cucumber
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • ¼ cups of sugar
  • ¼ cups of milk
  • 3 cups of ice


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until it is a smooth consistency.
  2. Serve.
