Cinnamon Apple No-Bake Cookie Dough

This cinnamon apple no-bake cookie dough is the perfect treat for any Thanksgiving party.


  • ½  cup butter, softened
  • ¼  cup brown sugar
  • ½  cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsps milk
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice
  • ½  tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼  tsp salt
  • 1 apple, diced small
  • ⅓  cup cinnamon chips (optional)
  • Caramel (optional)
  • Ice Cream (optional)


  1. Combine softened butter, sugar, vanilla, and milk in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Next, combine the apple pie spice, cinnamon, flour, and salt.
  3. Fold in the apples and cinnamon chips.
  4. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and smooth the dough in it, pressing down evenly. 
  5. Pop in the fridge for two hours or in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Top it with ice cream and caramel. Enjoy!
