Classic Cake Pops

Ingredients:

  • Uncoated cake pops
  • White chocolate chips
  • Red and green oil-based food coloring
  • Cake pop sticks 
  • Foam block 
  • White sugar pearls

Instructions:

  1. Put the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, and melt in the microwave for one minute at 50% power.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, divide the chocolate into three bowls. One bowl with the green food coloring, one bowl with the red food coloring, and the third bowl plain.
  3. Gently dip a cake pop into the melted chocolate in each bowl. Let the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
  4. Stick the cake pop into the foam block and sprinkle on the sugar pearls while the coating is still soft.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Jolly Hollys

Ingredients:

  • Uncoated cake pops
  • Dark chocolate
  • White chocolate chips
  • Red sugar pearls
  • Leaf sprinkles
  • Squeeze bottle
  • Cake pop sticks
  • Foam Block

Instructions:

  1. Put the dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, and melt in the microwave for one minute at 50% power.
  2. Gently dip a cake pop into the melted chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
  3. Stick the cake pop into the foam block and let the chocolate harden. Repeat with the rest of the cake pops.
  4. Put the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, and melt in the microwave for one minute at 50% power.
  5. Transfer the melted chocolate into a squeeze bottle.
  6. Squeeze the white chocolate onto the cake pop in a blob shape.
  7. Before the chocolate hardens, arrange the sprinkles on the cake pop.
  8. Let chocolate dry.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Jingle Bells

Ingredients:

  • Uncoated cake pops
  • Silver edible spray
  • Black edible marker
  • White chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Put the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, and melt in the microwave for one minute at 50% power.
  2. Gently dip a cake pop into the melted chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
  3. Stick the cake pop into the foam block and let the chocolate harden. Repeat with the rest of the cake pops.
  4. Spray the cake pops with the edible spray and let dry.
  5. Draw an X on the top of the cake pop with the edible marker. Draw a dot at the end of each line, and let dry.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Bright Lights

Ingredients:

  • Uncoated cake pops shaped like christmas lights
  • 20 lifesaver mints
  • White chocolate
  • Red, green, yellow, blue, and black oil-based food coloring
  • 2 tsp water
  • Food brush

Instructions:

  1. Dip the top of a lifesaver mint in water, and stick another mint on top and let it dry for 30 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the mints. Only use one teaspoon of the water for this.
  2. Once the life savers are dry, mix the remaining teaspoon of water with four drops of black food coloring
  3. Brush the lifesavers with the black food coloring and let dry.
  4. Put the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, and melt in the microwave for one minute at 50% power.
  5. Separate the chocolate into four different bowls. Dye one bowl red, one green, one yellow, and one blue.
  6. Gently dip a cake pop into the melted chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl
  7. Immediately after you dipped the chocolate, slide the lifesaver up the stick, to the cake pop, and hold it in place until the chocolate starts to harden and mints stay in place. 
  8. Stick the cake pop into the foam block and let the chocolate harden. Repeat with the rest of the cake pops, dying each one a different color.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
