Classic Corn Recipe

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and with that comes all the classic seasonal recipes. This recipe is sure to make a great addition to your Thanksgiving feast, and it just may become one of the things you’re most thankful for. Instead of just enjoying the stereotypical turkey on this holiday, try this simple but delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of corn
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
  • 10 saltine crackers
  • 2 eggs

Steps:

  1. Melt the butter and beat the eggs, then stir together.
  2. Get a small cake pan (preferably glass) and empty the cans or corn into the pan.
  3. Pour the butter and egg mixture over the corn and stir.
  4. Crush up the crackers and sprinkle on top of the corn.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
  6. Broil for 3 minutes.
