Egg-cellent Bacon Breakfast

Meals on the go are always a great option, and these scrambled eggs with bacon bits are an excellent choice. They can be made in under ten minutes, which is ideal for a busy morning.


  • smoked bacon
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 or more eggs
  • ¼ cup of shredded cheese


  1. Put one strip(s) of bacon for every three people in pan on oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Crack eggs into bowl, then stir.
  3. Take out a second pan and melt one teaspoon of salted butter over stove. Pour eggs into pan.
  4. Add quarter cup of shredded cheese and one teaspoon of garlic.
  5. After 3 minutes, the bacon is ready to be cut into bits (any size you prefer).
  6. Add the bacon bits into the pan with the eggs and add ½ teaspoon of pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  7. Using a spatula, mix around all the ingredients in the pan till they are fully combined and ready to eat.
